Ever dreamed of performing live on stage at a festival?

This summer, Live at Loseley is giving 5 lucky performers (or groups) the chance to step into the spotlight with a live performance before our Saturday night show – Musicals Under the Stars on Saturday 9th August at the stunning Loseley Park, Surrey.

This is your chance to sing on a professional stage, in front of thousands of guests, and share the magic with some of the UK’s biggest musical theatre stars.

The Winner Will Receive:

• A solo or group performance slot on our main stage before the show

• An exclusive Performer’s Pass with backstage access

• A Meet & Greet with our West End cast

• A professionally filmed and photographed video of your performance

• A personal on-stage introduction by our event host to hype the crowd and give you the full star treatment

How to Enter:

1. Record a 1-minute audition video of you (or your group – up to 6 people) singing your favourite musical theatre song.

2. Send your audition video to us on Instagram. 

3. Comment on our competition post with the words "I've Auditioned!" and tag 3 people

4. Repost the competition post to your story!

Entry Format:

• Solos, duets, trios, and groups (up to 6 performers) are welcome

• There is no age limit, but under 18s must have adult permission and be accompanied by a responsible adult at the event

• You must be available to attend on Saturday 9th August 2025

Deadline to enter: 20th July 2025

Winners will be announced via our social channels and contacted directly.

Tickets must be booked separately - winning performers will be granted entry via Performer’s Pass. Anyone accompanying must purchase a ticket for the event. 
 

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The competition is operated and promoted by Live at Loseley (referred to hereafter as "the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all ages.

• Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain parental/guardian permission to enter and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the event.

• Groups of up to 6 performers are permitted.

• Entrants must be available to attend and perform at Live at Loseley on Saturday 9 August 2025 at Loseley Park, Surrey.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Record a 1-minute video of themselves or their group performing a musical theatre song.

• Send the video via Instagram direct message to @LiveAtLoseley.

• Comment on the official competition post with the phrase “I’ve Auditioned!” and tag 3 friends.

• Repost the competition post to their Instagram or Facebook story.

• Follow @LiveAtLoseley on Instagram or Facebook.
  Failure to follow all steps may result in disqualification.

4. Entry Deadline

• The deadline for all submissions is Tuesday 20th July 2025 at 11:59 PM (BST).

• Late entries will not be considered.

5. Selection Process

• The winner will be chosen by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on creativity, vocal ability, stage presence, and suitability for the event.

• All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

Winner Receives:

• One (1) performance slot on the main stage at Live at Loseley before the Saturday night show.

• One (1) Performer’s Pass with backstage access.

• A Meet & Greet with West End cast members.

• A professionally filmed and photographed video of the performance.

• One (1) signed poster by the cast.

• An on-stage introduction by the show host.
  7. Additional Conditions

• The winner must provide their own transport to and from the venue.

• Tickets must be purchased separately for any additional guests beyond the winner’s guest pass.

• Performance slot is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

• Any participant deemed to breach these terms or act in bad faith may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary.

8. Content Usage

• By submitting an entry, participants grant Live at Loseley the right to share, post and promote their video submission on its social media platforms and website.

• The winner’s performance may be recorded, photographed and used in promotional material.

9. Data Protection

• Personal details provided will only be used in relation to this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Entrants may contact the Promoter at info@liveatloseley.com to withdraw consent or request data removal.
