Getting Here

Arriving by Car

Guests arriving by car for General Admission parking, Premium parking and Accessibility parking should access the site from New Pond Road.

Please turn directly from New Pond Road onto Loseley Drive, the long gravel driveway leading up towards Loseley House.

From there, follow event signage and steward instructions to the correct parking area.

Please do not use the taxi entrance if you are parking on site.
For VIP, please access via Stakescorner Road and turn into Loseley House and follow signs from there.

Taxis, Pick-ups and Drop-offs

All taxis, guest pick-ups and guest drop-offs must use the Stakescorner Road entrance.

From Stakescorner Road, turn into Loseley Park and follow the road around to the designated taxi pick-up and drop-off point.

For safety and traffic flow, taxis and drop-offs should not use the main parking entrance on New Pond Road.

Please arrange your return journey in advance where possible and allow time for vehicles to exit the site after the event.

By Train

The nearest main railway station is Guildford Station, which is approximately three miles from Loseley Park. From Guildford Station, we recommend taking a taxi directly to the event site.

Guildford has regular rail services from London Waterloo and other towns across Surrey and the South East.

Please check train times before you travel, especially for your return journey after the event.

By Bus

Loseley Park can be reached by local bus from Guildford, but please note that public transport access involves a walk from the nearest stop.

Local bus routes from Guildford towards the Loseley area include services such as 42, 70, 71 and 72, which serve stops near the end of Loseley Drive or the surrounding area.

From the nearest bus stop, guests may need to walk along uneven tracks or rural roads to reach the estate entrance. This route may not be suitable for all guests, especially those with mobility needs or wheelchair users.

Please check the latest bus times and route information before travelling.

Walking from Public Transport

If travelling by bus, please be aware that the walk from the nearest stop to the event area can take around 30 minutes or more depending on the route, ground conditions and your pace.

Some walking routes may include uneven ground, tracks or areas without hard-standing surfaces.

We recommend wearing suitable footwear and checking your route in advance.

Some roads are single track and not suitable for walking, guests are advised to take this into account when planning their journey.

Accessibility Parking

Accessibility parking is available on a limited, pre-bookable basis for eligible guests.

Guests using accessibility parking should enter via New Pond Road onto the Gravel Loseley Drive, then follow signage and steward guidance to the correct parking area.

Please bring any required parking ticket or proof with you on the day.
