1. General Event Information

1.1 Live at Loseley 2026 (“the Event”) is a summer Festival over 3 days held at Loseley Park, Guildford.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 The Organiser may make changes to the event schedule, line-up, layout, or facilities without prior notice.
1.4 The Event will continue in most weather conditions. Guests should dress appropriately. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

2. Tickets & Admission

2.1 All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform.
2.2 E-tickets must be presented on arrival.
2.3 Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation by the Organiser.
2.4 Re-entry may be restricted and is at the discretion of the Organiser.
2.5 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, security, or behavioural reasons without refund.

3. Access & Disabled Ticketing

3.1 Guests requesting accessible tickets or Essential Companion Tickets must provide accepted proof of eligibility before any relevant code or ticket type is released.
3.2 Essential Companion Tickets are £5 and available only to guests who require an essential companion.
3.3 Guests may use either an Access Rate Ticket or an Essential Companion Ticket – not both.
3.4 Proof of eligibility must also be shown on arrival.
3.5 Misuse of access tickets or codes may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

4.1 Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.
4.2 Children aged 4 and under may enter free of charge, but must still hold a valid ticket assigned at checkout.
4.3 Challenge 25 applies at all bars.

5. Behaviour & Safety

5.1 Anti-social or unsafe behaviour will result in removal without refund.
5.2 Guests must follow all instructions from staff and security.
5.3 First aid support is available on-site.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol of any kind (none may be brought onto the site)

• Glass bottles or containers

• Umbrellas

• Barbecues, gas canisters, or naked flames

• Illegal substances or Nitrous Oxide

• Professional cameras or large recording equipment

• Dangerous items or weapons

• Gazebos or tents

Bags may be searched on entry.

7. Filming & Photography

7.1 By attending the Event, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording for promotional purposes.
7.2 Professional equipment is not permitted unless pre-approved.

8. Liability

8.1 The Organiser accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
8.2 Attendance is at your own risk.

Refunds Policy

1. No refunds will be given for:

   • Change of personal circumstances

   • Adverse weather conditions

   • Artist or line-up changes

   • Late arrival, missed performances, or inability to attend

   • Removal from the event due to behavioural, safety, or intoxication issues

2. If the Event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will receive a refund equal to the face value of their ticket(s).

   • Booking fees, transaction charges, Stripe fees, and third-party charges may not be refundable.

3. If the Event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

   • No automatic refunds will be issued.

   • Requests for refunds in the case of postponement will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. If only part of the Event is cancelled (e.g., one night of a multi-day series), refunds will apply only to the affected date.

5. All refund communications will be issued via the email address provided at purchase. Guests are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
