EXPLORE
What roles are there?
There are a variety of volunteer roles available across Live at Loseley, helping us create a welcoming, safe and well-organised experience for everyone attending. Whether you enjoy meeting people, helping guests find their way or being right at the heart of the event atmosphere, there’s a role to suit different personalities and experience levels.
Ticket Scanners
Our Ticket Scanners are often one of the first friendly faces guests meet when they arrive. You’ll help check and scan tickets, welcome attendees into the event and make sure the entrance process runs smoothly and efficiently.
VIP Hosts
VIP Hosts help deliver a warm and memorable experience for our VIP guests from the moment they arrive. You’ll welcome guests, assist with directions and seating, answer questions and help ensure the VIP areas feel organised, relaxed and well looked after.
Event Stewards
Event Stewards are positioned around the site to help guests with directions, answer general questions and support the smooth running of the event. You’ll be a visible and approachable member of the team, helping create a safe, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the venue.
Welfare Team
Our Welfare Team helps make sure our staff, volunteers and cast are supported and looked after throughout the event. You’ll help coordinate welfare needs, provide a friendly point of contact and make sure everyone has access to the information, breaks and support they need during busy event days.
A Note From The Owners
"Live at Loseley simply wouldn’t be the event it is without the incredible people who give their time, energy and enthusiasm to help make it happen.
Our volunteers are a huge part of the atmosphere we create. From welcoming guests through the gates to supporting our VIP areas, helping people find their way and looking after our team behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in delivering a brilliant experience.
We want volunteering at Live at Loseley to feel enjoyable, rewarding and like being part of something special. Whether you join us for one event or return year after year, you’ll be welcomed as part of the team and will get a real behind-the-scenes experience of bringing a live event to life.
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered with us so far, and to anyone thinking about joining us — we’d love to have you as part of the Live at Loseley team."

Important Information
Live at Loseley is an outdoor event, so volunteers should be comfortable working outside in different weather conditions and, depending on the role, being on their feet for extended periods. Please wear comfortable footwear and bring suitable clothing for the weather.
We ask volunteers to be reasonably independent and self-sufficient while onsite. You’ll receive a full briefing and support from the event team, but you should be comfortable taking responsibility for your allocated role and using your initiative when needed.
Tea, coffee and drinking water will be provided, but we ask volunteers to bring their own food and snacks. Please also bring any medication or personal items you may need during your shift and let us know in advance about any accessibility or welfare requirements.
Show Day Shifts
Our show days are 6th, 7th and 8th August, with volunteers onsite from 4:00pm.
Full Shift: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
Half Shift: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Show Set-Up
We also welcome volunteers to help with event set-up on 5th and 6th August, between approximately 10:00am – 4:00pm.
All volunteers will receive arrival information, their allocated role and a briefing before the event.
And the best bit — volunteers receive free access to enjoy the show once their responsibilities allow.
No previous event experience is required for most roles. We’re simply looking for friendly, reliable people with a positive attitude who are happy to get involved.
