General Admission gives you access to the unreserved lawn. Bring your own chair or picnic blanket and choose your spot on arrival. Gold Circle gives you a reserved pitch in the front section of the concert lawn. Bring your own chairs or book chair hire when available. VIP gives you a seated area in the prime position to take in the entire evening, plus access to the Loseley Garden Lounge Bar: a premium area with its own bar, premium facilities and seating to enjoy before the show. Full details of the 2027 package will be published when VIP tickets are released. Please check the description of your chosen ticket before booking.

Family and group options are shown on each event's booking page, subject to availability. Our General Admission family ticket covers two adults and two children aged 4-12. Check the ticket description for the number of guests included in any group option. For larger groups or corporate hospitality, contact bookings@liveatloseley.com before booking.

Tickets are required for anyone 4+, under 4's go free and do not require a ticket.Ages 3 and under: free admission, no ticket requiredAges 4-12 inclusive: a child ticket is required.Ages 13 and over: an adult ticket is required.All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.

We do offer a 3 Day Pass if you are looking to join us for the weekend. This can be found in the Live at Loseley Store Individual tickets are valid for the date and ticket category shown on it. To attend more than one concert, book a ticket for each date unless you purchase an option that expressly includes multiple days.

Absolutely, in order to upgrade your tickets email info@liveatloseley.com with your order reference, event date and the upgrade you would like. Upgrades are subject to availability and payment of any price difference. Please contact us before buying a second set of admission tickets.Parking, chair hire and other extras can be booked separately when available. Check that each item is for the correct date.

Yes. Fill in the Contact Us form on our website with your details and select Blue Light or Student discount. Our team will confirm your eligibility and how to book.Blue Light and student discounts are only available on our Full Price tickets. They are not available during the Early Bird or Christmas Sale releases.Please bring any eligibility evidence requested for entry.

Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or cannot attend, including because of illness, travel disruption or other personal circumstances. Rain or poor weather alone does not entitle you to a refund if the concert goes ahead.If your booking includes optional refund protection, check your confirmation for the provider's claim process and conditions.

Check with the entrance team before leaving. Where re-entry is permitted, you must wear the official wristband issued to you, kept secure and intact. Wristbands are non-transferable, and further security checks will apply.Re-entry may be restricted for safety, security or capacity reasons. Please speak to staff if your wristband is damaged.
