Is the event family-friendly?Yes! This is a family-friendly event with a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Enjoy live music, environment for the whole family to make unforgettable memories together!

Will there be seating, or should I bring my own?The event takes place on the lawn outside Loseley House. You are welcome to bring a picnic blanket or fold out chairs. For those in the VIP section, chairs will be provided for you

Do you offer Refunds?Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets purchased. If you have an extreme circumstance, please contact us using the form or by emailing info@liveatloseley.com and the team will do their best to help.

What do I need to bring for entry?If you have purchased a Concession Ticket (Blue Light/Industry/NHS or otherwise) you will need to bring your ID that shows you are entitled for that discount. Otherwise all you need is your e-ticket that was sent to you when you purchased the ticket.

Can tickets be re-sold?We do not allow the reselling of tickets. Please note, any tickets being offered not on our site or Eventbrite will not be valid. We will not be able to allow entry to anyone who has purchased a ticket via a 3rd party.

Can I re-enter the event if I leave?When you first arrive and scan your ticket, you will be issued with a wristband. This will allow you to leave and go to the car park and return without your ticket.

How can I purchase tickets, and will they be available at the gate?Tickets can be found on our Website (Link). We are expecting to be sold out but in the event there are still some tickets available, these can be purchased on the door.

Do children need a ticket?Children aged 4-12 require a ticket at a reduced price, while kids under 4 can enter for free. Make sure to check our ticketing page for full details.

Is there parking available at the venue?We will have onsite parking and our volunteer stewards will help you find a spot. There is the option to upgrade to priority parking. There will be a Blue Badge area closed to the gates for Blue Badge Holders

Can I bring my own food and drinks?You are able to bring your own light picnics with you. However, we are unable to allow any alcoholic drinks to taken beyond the ticket gate due to this being a licensed event.

Will food and drinks be available at the event?We will have a range of food vendors, these will be announced on our Social Media Pages. We will also have a 2 fully stocked bars where you can buy everything from bottles of champaign to soft drinks.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available?Our food vendors have all been selected for their variety and ability to cater to food intolerances and allergies. We will have Vegetarian/Vegan as well as Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available. For more information on our Vendors, check our Social Media.

Are there restrooms available?We have full facilities onsite including Cubicle toilets and Accessible toilets including baby change.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?Yes! While the event is located on the lawn outside Loseley House, we have done everything to ensure our event is accessible. We offer a collection and drop off service via Buggy from the car park to your area to help those who require additional assistance. Please take into account the seating area is a grass field and while all steps are taken to ensure this event if fully accessible, there is no hard standing ground.

Will there be ATMs or card payment options on-site?There will be no ATM onsite, we do accept both card and cash at the ticket office as well as at the bar. Our Food Vendors will all have card options but we can not guarantee if cash will be accepted by them.

What happens if it rains?The show must go on rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather! In case of severe conditions, safety updates will be shared on our website and social media. Bring a raincoat and enjoy the music!

Are umbrellas, tents, or shade structures allowed?Small umbrellas are allowed, but large umbrellas, tents, and shade structures are not, as they can block views and create safety hazards. We recommend hats, sunscreen, and lightweight rain gear for comfort!

What security measures are in place?We will have security onsite as well as a medical tent. All bags are checked on entry for alcohol but also any other prohibited items.

What am I not allowed to bring and what can I bring?No outside alcohol or illegal substances - We have more than enough alcohol to keep the party going 🍻 🚫 No glass bottles or containers – Let’s keep it shatter-free. 🚫 No large umbrellas, tents, or shade structures – We’re at a concert, not a campsite! 🚫 No weapons or sharp objects – In all seriousness, we have a zero tolerance to any weapons. 🚫 No fireworks or open flames – Let’s leave the pyrotechnics to the stage crew. 🎆 🚫 No air horns or megaphones – The bands are loud enough, trust us! 🚫 No drones or professional cameras – Enjoy the moment instead of filming it from the sky. 🚁 🚫 No pets (except service animals) – As much as we love furry friends. 🐶🎶 Basically, if it’s dangerous, disruptive, or downright unnecessary—leave it at home! 😎 ✅Small backpacks or bags – Just keep them light; all bags will be checked at entry. 🎒 ✅Refillable water bottles – Stay hydrated! (Empty on arrival, refill inside.) 💧 ✅Blankets & small foldable chairs – Get comfy, but be mindful of others. 🪑 ✅Hats, sunglasses & sunscreen – Protect yourself from the sun while looking cool. 😎🌞 ✅Light rain gear – A poncho or small umbrella (Mary Poppins-approved size only). ☔ ✅Earplugs – For the little ones or if you’re saving your ears for the encore. 🎧 ✅Dancing shoes – Trust us, you’ll need them! 🕺💃 ✅A good vibe – Bring your best energy, and let’s make some memories! 🎶🎉

Is there a lost and found?Any items found or handed in will be kept at the site office and can be obtained by talking to a member of staff who will direct you to a supervisor or by contacting us using the form on the website or on our social media accounts.
