The dates for Live at Loseley 2026 are yet to be announced! To be notified when dates are confirmed and to be the first to get access to the Early Bird Release, sign up to our newsletter.
As soon as the dates are released, we will update this page.
Families are warmly welcomed across all three days and is perfect for all ages. Children aged 4 and under enter free, and you’re welcome to bring your own low chairs or blankets in General Admission and Gold Circle areas.
We also offer wide-open spaces, great sightlines, easy-to-navigate pathways, and a safe, friendly environment throughout the estate, making it an ideal day out for families.
Yes – most children will need a ticket.
Children aged 4 and under enter free and do not need a ticket.
Children aged 5 and above will require a standard ticket for the day they are attending.
All guests under 18, need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes – you may re-enter the event, but only with an official event wristband.
All guests will be issued a wristband on arrival. As long as your wristband is secure, intact and clearly visible, you’ll be permitted to leave the event area and return later in the day.
Please note:
Broken or removed wristbands cannot be replaced.
Wristbands are non-transferable.
We recommend keeping your wristband on at all times to ensure smooth re-entry.
Yes – we offer both Blue Light and Student discounts for Live at Loseley 2026.
To receive a Blue Light or Student discount, simply fill out our Contact Us form and include either:
your Blue Light Card number, or
your Student ID number
Once received, our team will verify your eligibility and send you the correct discount code to use at checkout.
Please note:
Each eligible guest can receive up to 2 discounted tickets.
Proof of eligibility must also be shown on the day of the event.
Blue Light and Student Discounts are eligible on Early Bird and General Release tickets.
No – all tickets for Live at Loseley 2026 are non-refundable.
As with most outdoor live events, tickets are sold on a strictly no-refunds basis, including for
reasons such as weather or change of personal circumstances.
If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps.
To ensure smooth entry into Live at Loseley 2026, please bring:
Your event ticket – digital or printed
Proof of eligibility for discounted or access tickets
Your booking confirmation (recommended)
If you are in Gold Circle or General Admission, please also remember to bring your own seating, such as low-backed chairs or blankets.
Security checks will be in operation at the gates, so we advise arriving with plenty of time. Please do not bring any alcohol. We do not allow any alcohol to be brought into the venue.

Yes – Live at Loseley 2026 is accessible, and we have several measures in place to support guests with additional needs.
We provide:
Buggy transport to help guests with additional needs travel from the car park to the event area or their seating space
Accessible toilets
Blue Badge Parking, located close to the entrance
On-site staff available throughout the day to offer assistance as required
The event takes place on the lawn at Loseley Park and so will be on grass, there are no steps and is easily accessible by wheelchair. Please note, weather may make the grass unaccessable and we provide no hard platform areas.
We aim to ensure the event is welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable for all guests.
Blue Badge Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving early and follow the signs for Blue Badge Parking.
Yes – we have a fantastic selection of high-quality food and drink options available throughout the event.
Our handpicked food vendors will be one of the highlights of Live at Loseley 2026. Each has been carefully selected for their exceptional quality, creativity, and ability to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other specific needs.

Yes – absolutely.
All of our food vendors are specifically chosen for their ability to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, including:
Vegetarian options

Gluten-free meals
Plus other dietary considerations where possible
We work closely with each vendor to ensure they offer clearly labelled, high-quality dishes suitable for guests with dietary requirements. If you have a specific need, please speak to the vendor on the day – they’ll be happy to advise on ingredients and preparation.
Yes – restrooms are available throughout the event.
We provide:
Standard toilets located across the event site
Accessible toilets for guests with additional needs
Regular cleaning and maintenance throughout the day to ensure facilities stay clean and comfortable
All restroom locations will be clearly signposted, and our staff can direct you if needed.
Will there be ATMs or card payment options on-site?
There are no ATMs on-site at Live at Loseley 2026.
However, most of our vendors accept both card and cash, including food stalls and bars. We recommend bringing a bank card and some cash as a backup, just in case.
Yes – we operate a Lost and Found service.
If you misplace an item during or after the event, please contact us at Info@liveatloseley.com with the subject line “Lost and Found”. Include a description of the item and your contact details, and our team will do their best to help reunite you with your belongings.
Items Not Allowed
Alcohol – no alcohol may be brought into the event
BBQs, stoves, or open flames
Large parasols, gazebos, or structures
Illegal substances or prohibited items
Professional filming or photography equipment (unless pre-approved)
Drones
Weapons or sharp objects
Security bag checks will be in operation at the entry gate.
To ensure clear sightlines and a safe environment for all guests:
Large tents, gazebos, canopies, and shade structures are not permitted.
Full-size umbrellas that obstruct views are also not allowed.
However:
Small handheld umbrellas (for rain) are permitted.

Will there be seating, or should I bring my own? Seating depends on the ticket type you choose: VIP

We recommend arriving early to secure a comfortable spot, especially in General Admission.
Live at Loseley 2026 is an outdoor event, and will go ahead in most weather conditions – including rain.
We recommend bringing:
Waterproof jackets or ponchos
Suitable footwear for grass
Small handheld umbrellas (large umbrellas and gazebos are not permitted)
Our stage and production areas are weather-resistant, and we monitor conditions closely throughout the event. Only in the case of extreme weather where safety is affected would the schedule be altered, and any updates would be communicated promptly.
Please note that, as with most outdoor events, tickets are non-refundable.

Security checks and bag inspections at all entry points
On-site first aid and medical teams available throughout the event
Controlled re-entry using event wristbands

We ask all guests to follow staff instructions, keep personal items secure, and report anything unusual to a member of our team immediately.
